spark plugs?

hve an sr20det with following mods,

fmic, straight threw exhaust, s15 turbo, warlbro pump, boosting at .85 bar,

wat would be the best spark plugs 2 get

ik20 are the standerd plug next step up would be ik22 that what i use

Denso IK22 or NGK bkr8eix..

I've always used Denso's without issue but the NGK's seem to be generally regarded as better.

Have a look on www.sparkplugs.co.uk for some of the cheapest prices..

got prices just now from 2 places in cork, densos 18e a plug,
ngkr8eix 50 for the 4 plugs,

prob will go with the ngk tanx for yere help
