    did you get it sorted?

    just want to bump this up.. is it a hard job to replace...

    and also any second hand ones lying about?

    na they be easy enuf replace.

    The car was giving trouble since day one.

    But was down on power. Head went and there was decent mileage on it so rebuild would be best.

    Head needs a bit of work. Not much skimming but new valves etc

    Just thought while I was at it I'd sort the vvt out

    i gave my VVT sprocket to mike deane as a swap for a redtop sprocket as the VVT would not work with the HKS cams i got.. he might still have it if anyone looking for one, was working 100% no rattle

    my sprocket has got to the stage now that its dreadful to even leave the car idling, sounds like an old tractor, but doesnt rattle other times and perfect while driving, really need to get it sorted now, any one got any? louth, meath, monaghan area??
