    Default brakes problem 180 (SORTED)

    how are things my friend has a 180 and the two back brakes are locked solid
    so we took of the calipers thinking they were siezed but there perfect
    we have front brakes with the backs still locked

    what could be the problem?? any suggestions welcome thanks, Tommy.

    Is the handbrake on?


    Sorry couldnt resist It is odd though, may it be something to do it though, say if he was tightening the handbrake or whatever, and went too far?!

    nah your grand i said the same thing to him and nope its wreakin our heads now to be honest

    nope shes mint we'll try changing the fluid see if it sorts it shur

    fluid changed piston pushed back and calipers are'nt moving so theres no presure going to the back atall

    man it can take hours to bleed systems, just keep at it

    Blocked hose from dirty fluid?Try the old syringe trick to bleed em.

    never takes this long long iv done it a few times...

    we took the pipes off the back of the calipers and nothing coming from them
    but we have fluid at the T junction on the back so narrowed the problem to
    the short pipes but its strange for them both be become f**ked at the same time is it not??

    The T piece must be blocked.
