ca18det death prevention

Anyone thats used ca18 before and has experience, what can be done to help prevent death? It is a standard engine. Differant oil pump...baffled sump....???

Do the bottom end bareings, baffled sump it will still die but not on its first day out

Oh yeh, well the turbo fell off, but it wasnt a death problem!

rite i had my fair share of ca18s,, had one that was 321 brake,,my advice is a good oil cooler and good oil, make sure all the breathers in the head are good,, oil catch tank and if your budget allows acl bearings are a must
