ok
u either
1. ring up your internet company and get your internet open for gaming.

2. u can go into your companys web and do process which is called PORT FORWARDING

3. a glitch which i do!

go into your network settings on your xbox,test your connection, if no warning thing comes up you shud be all good! if sumting saying : "your NAT is on moderate or strict ................ etc. just turn your modem on and off and re-test then it shud open!

BUT before you do that! if you have a friend that has CALL OF DUTY MODERN WARFARE 2 it will say it when you click Muliplayer then xbox live and il will say it down the bottom left! it will say NAT type : open etc..........

sumtimes it can last for weeks! or maybe sumdays it will be a bitch! if u have cod u can check it! but if u ring the internet company they can do it permenantly!

maybe its on open already
