Jesus i was looking at Shane Lynch's v8 the weekend all i could say was wow......! Unbeliveable in my eyes.....!

Why isn't there more of these in Ireland is it because of cost or do people know dam all about them.....! Really got me thinking.....! I want..!

I know nothing about them really but if you were to go v8 wats the best option and dose it cost a fortune......! Englighten me lads i wanna know more..........!

I honestly can't understand why there is not more v8's either ted I have a m5 v8 there with all the bits including 6 speed getrac box and couldn sell it for 2500, and what an engine it's crazy!!!!

crate engines from the states, an ls2 500 hp is about 8-9 k dollars, but that is brand new, ready to go all ancilleries
heres a 400 horse crate engine coming from england.

of coarse there is cheaper ways like running a lexus v8, but realiscically a brand new engine with 400 bhp stock is great value at that money!

Been thinking bout going v8 myself next year, but id say funds wont be there!! I think an LS1 engine would be well good, open to correction on that tho............they aint massively expensive either......

I'd say its the availability of parts , most of them would have to be gotten from the us I'd say so price of that , ie , the part itself then shipping and time , etc.
I don't know I'd love to see it but I'd say the above could be part of it !!

parts can be got, sure if your running an ls2 just pop down to your local opel dealer and theyl get ya what ya need, the vxr8 runs an ls2 and the monaro runs an ls1 and ls2!

Ya'd still have to buy a box and a load of bits but it is cheap for a new engine.........!
