Well some of you guys on here know me and some I havent met yet, but I was doing the commentary for the two days at CityWest. Was absolutely wrecked on Sunday, and no voice left, but I loved every minute of it. I really appreciate some of the comments you guys left and was really worried before the weekend as I'd never commentated on anything (bar a few games of Forza) before. All I want to do is throw out a few thank yous....

Thanks to Mick K for putting my name forward.
Thanks to Graham McNamara for giving me a chance.
Thanks to ALL the Prodrift staff (Judges,Marshalls,Organisers etc.) for being so helpful, friendly and supportive.
Thanks to all you guys who cheered and roared and helped build the atmosphere.
And most of all thanks to the drivers who were so commited, talented and able to tackle what was the most difficult and technical track I've ever seen in Ireland. So much action I never ran out of things to say.

At the end of the day I'm not just hired help, I'm a huge fan and the best part of the weekend for me was that I got the best seat in the house to watch some of the best drifting I've ever seen in this country.

I think if all (drivers, supporters, sponsors, organisers etc.) pull together like they did at Citywest, world drifting will start looking at us, rather than the other way round.

Of course any criticisms, suggestions etc. of how I could go about things differently for the next time would be a great help! I'll try and improve whatever I can by Japfest.

And I'm hoping I will get to meet more of the drivers face to face at the next event so I have more info on their thoughts and I can relay this back to the crowd.

Sorry for the rant But as a fan my weekend couldnt have been any better.

If anyone gets chatting to him in the bar at a round later in the year or whenever, get him to tell a few yarns, and prepare to laugh! Legend!
