no dump valves and a stainless pipe between the turbo and dump valve should make it louder

The reason that the chatter is so loud is that fact that the turbo runs so much boost 2.5 bar. Its really hard to get a loud sound without boost.

Are you running a standard turbo? RB25 Skyline?

AFAIK, the standard turbo will not care for this sort of fettling hehe
