will rb25 turbo kit fit sr20det

one of the lads has a hks 3037 turbo kit for sale with everythin needed to fit including gaskets and oil lines etc.. but its fitted to his rb25!

anyways was wondering will it fit my silvia??

no dont think it will mate think the exhaust flanges r different plus ud have to top mount and make a downpipe etc etc

You would have to buy or make up a lot of parts to get that turbo to work on an sr20. Very doable but a lot of work and you would spend a good few hundred in buying or making up parts to make it fit. You would be better off just buying a proper turbo kit for an SR20.

a lot of work in making that work, like the elbow would need be rb and then comize the down pipe and other tings as well ............. but i doubt it fit, lot work in makeing it happen like what has been said already ted

Turbo is good for 400bhp+ amy be a bit laggy on an sr as for fitting your car of course the turbo will fit but obviously your going to have to have a sr mani that has the same flange as the turbo if not you'll need to buy an adapter kit, I think the turbo you mentioned is a T3 flange, None of the gaskets are going to be any good to ya maybe the turbo gasket (between tubo and mani if there the same flange) Oil lines might to long or to short im not a nissan head so someone else might answer that one but id be fairly confident you'd need to make up your own. Unless your getting it cheap theres to many factors involved in making it work, A turbo is a turbo and will fit any car its the rest of the stuff needed to make it work you need to be worrying about, have you an aftermarket mani on your car already?

Well factor the price of a mani into it as well then try get one with the same flange as the turbo.
