i think they just ran out of ideas and put that bit around the inside through the spokes and made a a different looking wheel rather than a very plain boring one, dont like them at all

I love when people bring those pics up, there all anchient and basically the only pics there are of broken Rota's... If they were actually shit I'm sure there would be a few more pics then that
