The two way in my car doesn't knock and bang at all. Skip the inside wheel alright but never knocks and bangs.

yea exactly its a cunt of a job lad some are just different

as above - all 2way diffs make noise when turning.You can reduce noise by using different oil (I have 2way kaaz diff , I`m using motul 90PA oil and ist a lot better then kaaz oil)
