Cage building......!

Wasn't gonna throw this up but fuck it.......!

First of all lads im a carpenter not a metal fabracator or a welder but i have been know to throw my hand to the odd thing........! The only wat to learn is if ya do it yourself......! So feel free to fire the abuse and tell me what iv done wrong.........!


Im doing this for a mate and i don't have a mendral benders and all the fancy gear all i have is this yoke below and an angle grinder and a welder........!



Stripped out the car and removed all the sound deadning.....!






Bent up the main hoop and the bars at the front......!



Fitted the bars in and made sure everything was lining up.......!




A biy of fish mouthing on the bars......!




Made up these poxes for under the main hoop and plates for under the rest of them......!



Bent this bar just a little to give the drivers big head more clearance......!



Once i had everything lined up i spot welded it together and then dropped the whole frame so i could get continuious welds round the bars........!



Threw in the back supports and an extra few bar for bracing.........!




Door bars in......!



And as she stands at the moment.......!
