Room for rent Lucan

Moving to Lanzarote at the end of the month (2weeks) so looking to rent my room out to some one. its in a spacious 3 bed house in Lucan co Dublin served by great busses (25mins to the city) and amineties 2 gym's withen 5 mins and a superquinn and tescos areound the corner. the room its self is a double room at the front of the house, you will be sharing with 2 lads both mad for there cars. theres space for 4 cars in the garden and since i wont be there there will only be 2 in the house. the house has oil heating and an open fire, all mod cons and an electric shower, we have NTL and broadband internet in the house too. The Rent is €300/month which is a great price givin the location less than a min from the N4 and 10mins to the M50. oh yeah the lease is up on the house in December so there 6 months left on her but can be extended

movin over the 1st July got a job in a resturant but will be lookin for bar work while im there so if any1s comin over say hi to me... or if anyone wants to move over with me ive a spare bed but you will have to find your self a job haha

Your only 10 minutes from the New Town there,We hired a drop top over there for the week for less than 100quid,Well worth it!
