i done a few things , i changed the spark plugs, no effect.
i cleaned the afm with electronic solvent cleaner ,then took out the 2 devices in the idle air control valve and cleaned them up both had springs in it and springs werent broken , im geussing one is for high idle and one for low idle.
put it all back together and it all worked fine
