Man round 1 the engine blew on the dyno 2 nights before the event, a new engine was built over night, and something happened again on the dyno.
round 2 he missed an upshift and ruind his run!
round 3??? god knows what has happened to the car this time.

yes he has to pay for his own flights, yes they wouldn't change the car for him but its their car they dont have to change it if they doint want too. he still gets events paid for, still gets fuel(not used much of it tho :d ) and still gets a shit load of rubber off hankook. its drifting man there are very few drivers out there getting much more than that. all he need to do is pay for flights. there are still F1 drivers out there not getting paid and paying for their flights too!

Eric gets nothing for being there, only disappointment so far this season....
He was under the car in his race suit working on it right up to start of qualifying (hence no practice) fixing another problem and then the electrical issue occurred, car just stopped dead when he went to flick back on qualifying.
If they want a car to win (or even work) they need to spend more money on it. Its all about how good the car is out there and that car is not nearly good enough unfortunately, he'd be better off with his 250hp corolla!

I'd be of the frame of mind that they dont be doing much to help him!
He hasnt had an easy break at all yet this season!I thought having the car on the dyno the day before round one took the Jacobs Goldgrain tbh!
Its clear the boy got skillz,Results would come with a decent car!
Are these guys doing this to promote a tuning business cos if so I cant imagine their very good.
1 thing is,Where the corolla may lack in power in FD it would sure as hell make up for it in reliability!

This isn't Prodrift dumbass, just showing up with an average car that skids and thinking you'll be grand doesn't cut it over here. Have you ever been to an FD event ?????. Regardless, just being here doesn't show you what goes on behind the scenes, the lengths the top teams will go to get an advantage and just how much of a difference there is between the top cars and some of the basic machines .

Don't go talking shite about a team, driver and car you know absolutely nothing about, there's a lot more to drifting at this level than what goes on at the track.
