Rocker cover painting??

Ive got an idea for my sr20 rocker cover design and im wondering if anyone knows anywhere/anyone who can do it for me to a decent standard. basically just a rising sun design with a different idea to colours!!!

help is always appreciated guys! a rough price guide would be sweet too!!

i wouldnt have a clue but id say 100 to 200 being the max man, but you'd need to bring her apic to show her
