Bart, as great as that sounds, i dont think theres much that can be done.........only thing is core replacement or cutting all the blades to the same as the cracked one......heres pics to explain.

no chuck with the cracked one i would throw it over the shoulder. if you drive it it will break off and into the engine and if you break it off yourself the turbo will be off balance and will end up rattling itself to bits or do in the bearings not good either way. i have seen turbo's with fins like that out of the box normally for balance or windflow around the turbo . thats just my opinion i wouldnt be running with it.

Tom would do it but I dont think Chuck has ran well with him in the past,Plus he wouldnt get it done before friday!
