Heya folks,
Drift Jam rolls into the Punchestown Arena this friday! Drift Jam is the latest breakthrough for the drifting scene and culture in Ireland. Recently the drift scene has changes so much and finally were beginning to remould the idea of drifting in Eire.

So basically Drift Jam is a big open friendly practice day, its aimed at forming a laid back friendly environment where folks from all strokes can bring their cars and have a cool drift session on some of Ireland most elite drift tracks!

The cost is 100euro for the day and the day is split in to 2 groups, pro-drivers must be a pd license holder,full cage, pd scrutinised cars, and streeto-half cage and harness required, prefered bucket seat but not essential.

Each driver will get 2 runs before coming back in and queing up again, the day starts at 10 and finishes around 5. Its open pit and there will BBQ facilities(weather depending) so byob.

Spectators are welcome and hope everyone has a great day!

Non registered drivers can they attended? Is it the half cage and harness they need?

so how does this work out with prodrift having a practice day in punchestown on the same day too?????? theres some catch or something going on here that you lot aren't telling us about. is the day halved between you lot and prodrift or what? or are you the same people and forgot to edit where ever it was that i saw prodrift saying that they where having a practice day on the Friday.
so what is it? spit it out, we deserve to know all details before you take our money.

Thats why I asked about a limit on the number of entrys?
Are both prodrift and Driftjam going to pack it on the day so foryour 100 quid you get fuck all runs?

Its both going in PD pocket I'd imagine as Nixon is somewhat involved there.

and the fact spaces are being sold on the PD website for it has me thuinking that its PD running it just using a different name so people wont think "fuck that im not giving them fuckers my money"

but fair play they are opening up track time for everyone, as long as it not just a get rich quick thing
