drift car costs??

LOL that's shocking thread. I believe that I'd spend similiar amounts if I paid for the work I did myself on a driveway usually in the rain or cold.

4 years back I spent 3.5k on nicely specced UK s13, raped it, sold it for 2k, kept parts (they'll go into my current s13) , 6 s-bodys later I didn't spend anything extra really than that 2k bar now I have a mint silvia s14 and a good UK s13 which will be back on the road next week hopefully.

Obviously, it cost shit loads of work and time and if I took that into account then it wouldn't be funny especially because I have family.

think of it this way,if you were going out on the piss every weekend it would cost you €300 minimum,52 weeks a year and thats €15600,so by staying off the drink for one year get a drift car and a lot of fun win win

ps if you only spent €100 a week on drink over the last three years its the same amount
and you still have your car!!!!

Its cheaper just to bin drink all together and work in a pub instead, so that way your getting paid to be there! That was my theory anyways!
And its easier to get girls when your on the sober side of the bar!

Hoping to have bmw on track for €2k I'm sure that'll jump up during the year but i do all my own work so save a hell of a lot there. If you had to pay for the labour it'd be up around €5k I'd say all in

My s13 stands me i say 10-11 k when I add everything up and iv another 10 to spend on it to get it the way i want it.............

I refuse too add up what my skyline stands me cause that would be scary............ Real scary...............

paid 1500 for an 180sx 1000 on management an mapping, have an engine thrown around, cams and headgasket for 4 or 500, turbo may be 6 or 700, injectors, will def be out of the car for 4000 all goin to plan

I bought my 180 for in around 6ish ..... and now building it for pd 10 !
So im still working out the cost . But all toghter with a jeep an trailer
id say il be looking at the 8 k mark !
So all in ...... 14k !!!
