iam kinda at the same stag as you ted, like i went with mani becasue a wanta a fast spool up with means more speed,
like if ya do the cams you mite as well do the rods too and then ya have to map her,
like i dropn a turbo into her as it my next stop , the internals will hold to over 400
then start worrying boat it, but comes down to what power you want
like i had a standerd mani on and it ok and then i changed it to a tubeler mani and yes it is quicker i feel my self
stabderd mani good to 300 as stevo says,

I got R33 brakes front and back and have Do Luck powerlines comin tomorrow.
I havent checked the injectors i was going to buy s15 injectors off someone but i was told i wouldnt need them unless i was going above 300. and then i would need a map. If i wanted 280 would i get it without cams injectors turbo and map?

well you could get 550cc injector ( i have 740) and ecu and z32 you be at 296 lad
that what i rember from mine last year
well make sure there not purple, you get away with 550 cc injectors ( yellows)
standerd injector will cut out after 5000 rpm i tink
becasue they not let enough fuel in
Podgge 14 had standerd injectors and it made it to 300
but the injectors wouldnt hold pass 4 5000 rpm
