r33 Gearbox oil

What gearbox oil would any of ye recommend using in an rb25det gearbox?
and where'd be the best place to get it cheap between
tullamore/mullinger/clane/edenderry sort of areas?

i seen Silkolene SILKTRAN SYN 5 75W-90 recommended on skylineowners and i know i can get that in tullamore,
also heard Redline Shockproof mentioned but no idea where i'd get that locally.
any sugestions or opinions?
