Maybe if you got the number of cars required as definites first and get a depost off each driver. Then email WGH asking for a day and tell them you have so many comfirmed cars with non refundable deposits paid.
Have a rule like up the north where all cars have to have full bodywork and are tidy enough so as to show your man we're serious and not just a gang of lads in €400 trampers wanting to wreck the place.

    - There was poor numbers turning up to days, only just over 10 before christmas

-Noise is a major issue, why put a venue under risk for a €800 , over just abit of drifting, i wouldnt bother with the hassle

-Burnouts in the pits(There is kart dummy grid there painted int he Tarmac)They need that for kartign events.Burnouts in general just warm up the tyres on the first lap, ive seen people tke tarmac up on karttracks just doing burnouts!!!

-Dirtdrops, in the grass, we all think its cool, but just stay off it

-General drifting on the way back out of the venue, people speeding, all the local neighbours go mental over it trust me!!!

Ive seen it happen in the UK a people expect practice days every week ,venue gets overused, no one turns up, practice days get diluted, track owner either gets pissed off with the hassle, or the council close them down for noise another venue lost

My advice, starting getting a list here, set up a driftireland paypal service, get a mod to run it
    -Prebook on here
-Need to fill 30 bookings at least minimum
-Book dates before an event of PD Week before
-DONT have dates every month but maybe every 4-6 weeks

All money paid upfront before each practice day €3000 + whatever 10 dates a year - €30k , he aint gonna turn that away

Im lucky im in the UK and have 25 + venues to access but ye dont really have an option anymore with so many tracks been closed in ireland and mondello/bishopscourt being the other only major track available for hire /events

if ye dont sort your act out soon, there will be no where to drift, and its kind of down to this forum
Spot on, we either need DI to take care of this or start a Drift Union/Club.

well to be honest there is a select few that wreck it for everyone but it's hard to screen out them people and rosegreen whent arseways because of this wouldn't blame to man for not wanting the trouble prob make handy money out of karting and paint balling with far less trouble. i know it sucks that all the good tracks are gone but thats the way it is in Ireland motor sport is looked down on.

The only way forward is sideways
