Arrow rb box conversion for sr20det????

so it looks like iv broke the output shaft on my 180sx sr box. i could do without this happening every time i bring the car out so I'm going to bite the bullet and do the rb box conversion on it.
i need to know all the details of what i need and all the modifications needed to do this.

#obviously an rb box but are there different ones ie. r32/r33gts/gtst etc....?

#conversion plate from sr to rb

#which prop shaft do you shorten and use. 180sx or the rb prop shaft?

#what gearbox cross member/ mount do i need for this?

#whats the full details about the starter mounting etc....?

#details about an extra hole needing to be drilled in the bell housing or where it mates with the block?

#any tunnel modifications needed, ie. the shifter being positioned 6cm closer to the dash?

#will speedo sensors ect.. need to be different, will my rev counter and speedo read correctly or is there something that need to be done there too?

is there anywhere or anyone that can supply this conversion complete with all the mods done and ready to bolt in?
Are there any gains regarding gear ratios by dong this conversion or is it purely just for strength?
