skyline non turbo gearbox same as turbo or not

is the gearbox the same in a r33 2l non turbo the same as the gearbox in the r33

dont think its the same as the clutch kits are completly different for them. might be the same as an sr20 though...... im sure nissan doctor will know if ya pm him

Do you mean in regard to fitment? The will all fit on any RB engine but they are different boxes. The R33/R34 n/a boxes are similar to R32 gts-t ones.

The R33 gtst are larger and much stronger, the R34 srs 1 gtt uses the same box as the 33 gtst and the srs 2 gtt is a 6 speed.

No, an N/A box would be fine for normal road use but any hard use or track use and you'll find the weaknesses pretty quick.
