    Default PS13 shell with potential

So having finished the Silvia recently I promised my wife I wouldnít go near any more projects. So needless to say it took some convincing for her to allow me to buy this shell.

The good parts: 1k4 original two tone paint code and factory manual sr20det. No rot, just surface rust. Although that doesnít mean much in the s-body scene, itís only a matter of time before people who are even more purist than I am start falling in love with building these cars. Also itís a rolling shell. Less than 2000 of these were ever produced in this combination.

The bad parts? Well... Iíll let the pics do the talking but this is how the shell sits.

You can see the original purple upper two tone colour on the interior pic.

It doesnít even have doors only has 2 out of 6 windows. No doors, no interior, no engine, box, boot, bonnet, diff, exhaust, electrics, lights, trims, etc etc. Itís a bare rolling shell. To top it off the rear tailgate needs straightening and the driverís sill needs replacing. Other than that itís good to go

I bought this as an investment. With the price of VRT and the love for these cars only growing, I felt it was a good opportunity. Whether Iím going to put any money into it remains to be seen but ideally Iíd get the shell to the point where it only needs paint and bits bolted on. I think it will be a valuable shell then.

To whet the appetite, hereís what it could look like.

Anyways, offers welcome hahaha. It scares me a little how much I want to build this car and how many parts I already have for it!

You don't shy away from a challenge that's for sure!

Were the rear arches cut for the overfenders?

Nope! Arches only ever received a slight roll. The fenders were riveted on alright but thatís an easy fix.

I may have an s13 addiction... this is number 6 I think only own 3 right now though, if you can even count this one.

So thanks for bringing this to light lads Turns out, this IS the shell ye're talking about And i'm glad i put this thread up because I've just gotten on to the fella i bought the shell off and let him know that i don't want it anymore. I have a 300euro deposit on it and haven't collected it but to be honest, it doesn't sound like it's worth the hassle to me. I'd rather lose my 300euro deposit than be landed with the problems a bent shell brings.
