Default Im a cabbage... rear sub-frame bolt replacemnt

I broke the rear sub-frame bolt. sheared off the threaded part.
Bolt is the one pictured below (although not my actual bolt)
    3-1.jpg
photo purely for reference and to prove I'm not the only one...

any thoughts on how to remove it?
Its the Passenger side rear bolt. ie closest to the rear bumper.
I seem to be finding limited info on the internet and many sites have the photos disabled.
Anyone had this issue before and able to give me info on how to replace the bolt/fix the problem.
Usually all for a ghetto fix but get the feeling superglue isn't the answer here...
If its a case of needing a new bolt where can i find one? and can a similar bolt just be welded in its place??

    appreciate any help

the boot floor is covering it but can drill a 2" hole in that.
Have found a few more posts in the mean time that say its just pressed in so a hammer to the underside with a few heat cycles may get it out.
Wondering now about a replacement bolt, will make a few calls today to Nissan and see if its something they stock/can source.
    Otherwise I'd appreciate any info.
