Fully restored 1970 Beetle. (not a drift car)

Posting for a friend. I thought this might be a good place to try sell as i'm sure there are a few classic car lovers here.

Its a 1970 beetle
FULL body off restoration last year and not driven on the road since.
Baby blue colour.
Air ride.
Radar Arms
Original seats
original 1200cc, 48,000mile engine
Brand new chrome wheels and tyres.
Brand new seals etc.
All work carried out by a VW expert.
This car is mint and is a real sight to see.

He's looking for €9k or will consider a swap for an old jap like an rx7.
He had an expert look over the car and he said it is worth in the 'teens, but Ireland doesn't have a big market for them.

What year of rx7 is he after?

Friend of mine has one of the earlier rx7s ( il call it a classic one )

Hes into classic cars, he had actually said a few weeks ago about selling it. Il mention this to him. He may or may not have an interest. Or your friend might be after the newer rx7

McCready, he is after an FD rx7, but he might consider an FC or earlier if he knew some spec etc about it ! Ill ask him.
