s15 boost question

i have a 2001 s15 with standard t28 3 inch exhaust from turbo back and fmic. from low revs it will reach .5 pretty quick and then holds there until around 4000 rpm where it starts climbing to a hair under .7. it doesnt get to .7 til 5000rpm and will hold it all the way to the red line, ive tried a few runs in 2nd 3rd and 4th it does the same thing every time. is this normal ? any help would be appreciated

It creeps up coz ders no back pressure from d cat, if u put in d cat twill stop but cats are gay haha

i had a cat in it a few weeks ago for nct and it made no difference

It sorted mine straight away neway lad held perfect on boost when d cat wos in creep away up wen it's out
