Simply put, are they engine or chassis specific when ordering?

Need to know ASAP as I have already ordered one and second guessing it now!

Chassis i think. S14 and S15 are the same, PS13 and 180sx are the same. Not 100% on it though

That's what I was thinking too but the problem is, I have S15 with 180sx engine so i'm right down the middle.

I think TB position is different but not sure what way the piping goes

If it's a redtop sr the that makes it awkward cause the throttle body is a good bit lower down so piping is totally different on the cold side but if it's a blacktop 180 you should be ok

Blacktop and redtop 180 engines are the same. If you have a t25 turbo the hot side pipe will be different to a s14/15 aswel!

I have a blacktop engine so I ended up ordering the 180sx blacktop intercooler kit. I have a GT2871R going in and everything will be changed to S15 for the hotside so hopefully its just a matter of re-aligning the core
