As the title says, brought my HKS 2540 turbo to get a seal replaced and turns out the seal bearing and shaft need replacing. Only ran the turbo for 2 months. So ideally if anyone can get me those parts or alternatively a full turbo at least that size if not bigger for a very small budget!! let me now wat ye have and ill let ye know if I can afford it!! cheers in advance. need this urgently....

I have a 2540 there in mint condition.. zero shaft play.
also a tomei elbow and a japspeed manifold (no cracks/welds) with titanium heatwrap.
