    Default My R32 Gtst

Well after what felt like forever I have finally found a car!

It is a 1993 R32 Gtst skyline in silver. I only have the car since Sunday so I do not have any decent photos as of yet but I do have some which the seller gave me and also some I have taken on the iPhone.

I will be doing a few small bits to the car, mostly just tidying it etc.
I like to have a project thread so that everything is documented.

I am the 3rd owner of the car In Ireland and it has 149km's on the clock, the previous owner had the car for around 6 years and it spent most of the time inside of his garage.

The car has been treated to the following:

    New clutch
New drilled & grooved front discs
New yellow stuff pads all round
    Braided brake hoses
    New trackrod ends
    New front suspension top arms
    New adjustable tie rod arms
Front & rear alloy strut braces
5zeigen stainless steel cat back exhaust
    3'' De cat pipe
    Blitz Induction kit
    New large front mounted intercooler
    R34 GTT Turbo
    Turbo timer
    Boost gauge
    Boost controller (not fitted)
    17" Panasport Jap wheels
Kyb gas shocks & lowering springs

The car has just been serviced with fully synthetic oil, millers high grade race oil in the gearbox & NGK iridium spark plugs

It has also been fitted with a brand new Water pump, new dayco teflon coated performance timing belt and new tensioner and idler bearings.

Some pictures of the car until I get a chance to clean it properly and get some proper ones

Ok so i got the car back on the road straight away after the fan belt snapped, I fitted 3 new belts (of which I only needed 2 as no PS) and new coolant and some braided rad hoses I got from Darren.

    My new belts!

    And fitted..

I never liked the look of he grubby plates so some new pressed plates were needed!

    Old plates

    New plates

Oh and I also finally picked up a GTR bumper!
I got it off Eoin on here, it needs some work but it will get there.

The car got treated to a well deserved clean and I polished the exhaust back box as well as it just wasn't shiny enough!
