    Question Best cooling for e36 ?

    Hi lads. Currently building an e36 with a m50 2.5 in it. From peoples experience whats the most effective way of cooling these ? Iv no rad or anything so its a blank canvas. All suggestions welcome

    From what ive experienced myself alloy rads are a waste in them. Stanard rad with vicso Fan and a eletric on the front if its.a.track car.. Imo anyway.

    e36 328 aircon spec rad is what you want

    waterless coolant with viscous fan welded and an electric fan in front, keep the shroud on the viscous and raise the back of the bonnet to let out hot air

    I always wondered what the waterless coolant would be like in an e36. Did it cost much to fill the system?

    I didnt get a fan with the engine so ill just run two electrics. So 328 aircon spec rad, fan front and back, waterless coolant and raise the bonnet/ cut a few "speed holes" in it
