Have been meaning to put up a build thread of this in a long time It really wouldn't be a car im a fan of at all but since a lot of people think there shit ugly i taught id try make something out of this one its going to be a slow progress build as its hard to pick up skyline parts these days especially r33 ones or maby i am not looking in the right places.
Ok ill start with the way i bought the car


Its a standard r33 natural aspirated rb20 e very straight car i bought it with just the enkei wheels
so took of the wheels as they were sold and my god what a job it was every one off the wheel studs have to be replaced as the wrong nuts was sowing on to them



so hear is a few pictures of engine and inside the rear quarter panels







Had a nice apexi airfilter so put it onto it

The plan will be to get the car looking the way i want it first and see what else it needs in no hurry yet to go ripping the engine out as its very fresh motor and running 100%

But further down the road it will be getting a rb25det hopefully with a few mods but as for now the rb20e will have a stressful life

Thanks guys i remover the standard spec 2 rear spoiler today and put on this lip spoiler as i hate spoilers on r33 so this was just to bring the boot up to level with the quarters and cover all the holes in the boot




so this is the one i took off



And this is the one iv fitted

Also got clear side repeaters



and a nice rear skyline center piece light which im pretty sure lights up so might get wiring that

fair play lad i had one last year youve the same engine theyre fair handy to throw out, the spoiler you had i had its the goki low level drag spoiler its called. theres a r33 in kilkenny in mulhalls scrap yard there might be a few bits on it, well wear, ps theyre not ugly mine was liked around for being different

cheers lad yea ah there fairly dead engine tho but seem to have a bit of torque in low revs any way im still replacing all the bits that the car is missing the front indicator was cracked so replaced it with a new one



Also picked up oem skirts and rear spats





also gave the headlights a compound as ther were nearly yellow dont have pictures of before but this is them polished

Also picked up a black Recaro spg fixed back so going to get a rail now could be a bit of a problem



also picked up a nardi gara 3

so went to fit the nardi and as soon as i had the original wheel airbag out i know i was looking at more hardship as someone was at it before and had rung the threaded column and there was no way i was going to get my new wheel on over that as it wouldnt be safe

so got a steering column and fited it all together
