    Default fuelin prob i think help needed

    well i fitted a new walbro 255 fuel pump 2day easy job but when i drove the car it just did not feel right was kinda findin it hard up the rev range and at idle the fuel pressure gauge reads 3 bar which is ok i think anybody got ideas what could the prob b, i was thinkin it might need a remap now with the new pump in

    it wont need remap if u still got the standard pressure regulater...maybe faulty pump??was it runnin fine before???u sure the filter on pump is low enuf to pick up petrol if tank is low?

    ha just thinkin there about the last bit ya said the car is a bit low on petrol alright that could b the prob

    the pump mite need to go lower so...try doin that before ya put petrol in an see if it makes any difference

    just dont run it dry as the walbro really doesnt like that ! but sounds like the pump is faulty if thats all you changed and now theres a problem .

    def doesnt need a remap when adding a new pump
