Default Is Drifting Dead in Ireland

    Is drifting dead in Ireland.
At one stage drifting was alive and well here. Plenty cars on the track. Loads of places to practice and run events.
    Not anymore.
Different so called drift clubs or events if you want to call them that popping up. Splitting up and not doing a good job promoting the sport.
Charging silly money to run practice sessions. And the same bull crap ya get from them saying o it costs money to run them. ????? What expenses??? Speaking from experience of course.
So do you thing drifting is good as gone. And I don't mean about the twats doing rings in the middle of no where.

Bms are not the only people that orginise a track day. Ring wgh say you and a few mates want to use the track. Get numbers together. And hey presto. You have a practice session. With out paying the stupid prices bms charge.

Try & Get Tynagh for a mid week practise day, Motorsport Ireland licence required blah blah blah

Trying to get anywhere bar a silage slab is difficult by any standards, I see why roundabouts & business parks get late night runs to be honest.

I'm tempted to get a MSI Licence just to be able to get a weekday practise slot

Whats going on with Barrys Motorsport? Gone extremely quiet its strange

It was 80 4 years ago on tuesdays we used skip college to go up and ud have all day on track

And they were telling me before o how hard it was and how much it was to organise sessions. Ha ha what bull. No wonder drifting folded the way it has.
