E30 316i 4door with m20b25 swap

Hey all, selling my unfinished E30, originally 316i still like this on the book, 4 door non sunroof shell in perfect condition rust wise, only small patch of surface rust on one of the sills and little bit on rear arches after arch roll, no holes or rot anywhere!
it's a '91 Lazur blau
full shadowline
non smiley headlights
m20b25 and box already in it
new clutch
new thermostat
headgasket done recently
head rebuild at the same time
new front and rear crank seals
new cam seal
325i fuel pump in
51mm front struts with 325 brakes up front (have e36 5lug set up with e36 m3 evo LCA's, hubs, brakes, coilovers)
rear has e36 compact disc brake 5lug set up (can be sold on stock 4lug disc set up)
medium casing 188 diff 3.64ratio, can be build to LSD
set of 7.5x15 et24 4stud ACT wheels need paint
set of 7.5x17 et30 5stud REMOTEC wheels in good condition
full non sport cloth interior
electric front windows

needs to be finished:
exhaust put on (supplied perfect condition stock 325i system)
power steering pump (might have one)
interior tidied up
front lip reattached properly
alarm reconected
really very little needed to finish it just have no time at all now
