long time away but some major progress ill just let the pictures talk and add a little here and there

so i gathered up everything layed out the panels i had and offered up to see what i had in my head was ok

sold the rear type x lip for a g-grow from tomas kouki on here

with all that done came time to loan it up on my recovery truck and take it to the unit

i had a week to use the lift and shed to myself so things got going

it needed front panel changed as it was butchered up in japan to fit the 15 front along with a rusty battery tray and tub

the new front i got was cut a little short of where i was hoping so had to add in a piece looks rough here but i tidied it up as i went (learn by doing it they say)

i said to hell with i and stripped the bay back and decided to paint it now and have it back together before dropping it for paint, shaved off few brackets around the bay and bolt whole too

so finished all the welding and cleaned up the bay primed and painted it before japfest at mondello 2017

this is how it sat leaving for the weekend

got everything back in its place and fitted some nagisa auto fender braces i had collected some time ago before starting on the rear

some of you may be mad at me for cutting perfect rear arches but sure hey had to be done lol

i dont think i did to bad for my first attepmt, i cut them and added in a piece so they could be welded up and look some way factorty only bigger

passenger side also deleted the ariel while i was here as my over fenders didnt have a hole for it which i was pretty happy about

    all welded up

all window were then removed and dropped of at flipsideauto where he set to work , i stressed i wanted the panel gaps on point which he delivered and even fitted new door pins and shims

first bits to be painted were the east bears

loving the colour combo and that dmax bonnet

all together with new windscreen fitted coming along like i dreamed

b-wave all the way hard to be different with these cars but the mix match of parts is working for me

Unreal! Loving the detail. Didn't know this was Zach's old car actually. I didn't cop it. I'm yet to see this in the flesh.
