As the title says im looking for Major differences between Ally and stainless steel tanks.
Besides the obvious of weight, what are the other differences?
And how much of a Weight difference is there?
All help would be great

Stainless will be much more expensive for a start and prob weigh some more too.
Whats the tank for?

Funnily enough i priced an ally tank and its 400 notes and the stainless is 120 as i know the guy!! Its for my Chaser

thats odd the ally should be cheaper its prob the labour its harder the weld and work with.the stainless would be stronger and heavier than ally and can be got nice and shiny with a bit of polishing Originally Posted by Chuck_g
