Have a set of used tein coilovers. They came out of a crashed 180sx road car. They're in good condition and show no signs of damage. Would suit a ps13 too.

Hey mate, how low can the coilovers go, need them for the track car so would want it very low and are they hard?

Not sure how low they go tbh because i never fitted them but i'm sure the knowledge is out there on the googleweb. They seem to go fairly low. Not sure more low is the best route for a track car either, but i'm no expert :P I'm taking a pic for a fella tonight and he'll probably take them. Will update this post if/when they sell.
