    Default Importing From Japan

    Hi Guys
    Just wondering has anybody imported from Japan using tradecarview recently or who would you recommend to go through.I have my eye on a 180sx they have bit rough around the edges but a good base to start with.

    beware buying from trade car view !!! lots and lots of lads have gotten caught by it .

    use Richie at japan cars ireland ... can be got on facebook . years of experience and very trustworthy.

    I wouldn't bother importing fresh from Japan.

    Get a car already vrt'd.

    Although I'd highly recommend Richie too if you definitely want to import

    wouldnt recommend importing myself from recent experience, bought r34 skyline in jan got it in may
    loads of bother with VRT, country is a joke
    had more bother before the car arrived then i had here, but thats here nor there.
    Id just seriously recommend looking into who you use if you are serious about importing.

    Richie @Japan cars ireland + Patrick @JDM auction watch - both seem to be the best

    Your car had an RB26 so was bound to cause some hassle.

    they messed me about alot requesting engineers reports, questions&answers pop quizzes over the phone and started requesting pics of parts etc.

    anyway the point i was making was not just about vrt

    obviously wasnt the 1st rb26 conversion car in the country either!!!!!!!

    i wont be looking to vrt it lads but thanks for the heads up.Will have alook at those two lads websites typically how much has transportation to Dublin Port cost people ?
