1jz manual gearbox

Thinking of doing a E36 1jz conversion but after sourcing engine and running gear iv hit a wall in finding a manual gear box..

Looking for W55, W57, W58, R154, V160

I think they all suit up if not any advice would be welcome.

R154, V160 are the only two boxes I would use out of the list. The rest are crap.
Both are fairly rare now.

Try this BMW gearbox. Able for way more power

will they mate or is there a bit in slotting them together

It would have to be small money lad.. Im kinda aiming for that R154 although at the price of them im nearly better buying a chaser
