BMW to Nissan fitment spacer?

Want to fit some 5x114.3 to a e46 I have, what do I need and who sells them

Anyone running a set have an idea of what sizes etc can be used without arch work?

i can get sets, from 18mm upward so depends on your wheel size tha you are going to be running
