R33 for Breaking

so will have a 95 phase 1 R33 for sale .
Good Rb25det running gear with 130k.
is it better sell complete or for breaking

ok basic spec .
standard R33 running gear.
Hks Air Filter
Hks SSq Dumpvalve
Japspeed exhaust.
Carbon Bonnet
Rear spats and skirts.
Full cream leather retrimed Interior. (not a 200sx Interior)
it has a lockout brace and rear diff . (but i maybe keeping these )
Have a set of Buddy Club Coilovers for it but the rear are of a gtr which have different rear arms..
(the old Eye vs Fork setup) S14 one will solve this problem.
That pretty much the spec. I am keeping the wheels so you will need your own.
Bad points..
Small start of surface rust on rear arches lips.
no test
no tax
Battery flat.
so what ye think a breaker or sell complete.
If some only wants running gear i will do a deal and buy the rear end Ie subframe brakes diff etc back. as they can buy a driving car and break it themself.
