Default Painters help needed!! silicones problem!!!

ok so back from the workshop from another wasted painting session, my problem is im having a big problem with silcones (fish eyes) on the New origin overfenders i bought.

so this is what ive done so far and im still having the problem

    session 1

    -sanded overs
    -prep wiped
    -primered
    -rubbed down
    -prep wiped
    -painted

nearly instantly doing the first coat (after the light coat) silcones appeared, especially badly on one of the overs

    session 2

paint was mixed this time with Silicone stopper

-sanded down the paint to flatten out the silicones , still had paint on most of the overs after
-washed with washing up liquid (supposedly brilliant for stripping any waxes etc)
    -prep wiped
    -painted

and again it happened instantly, i could actually see the paint bubbling in front of me :/

my question is, what the hell can i do to stop them!! should i just lightly rub down the paint that is on now and just layer on more paint till they are gone altogether?

are you going direct from the compressor? any filter or anything?
and don't let the panel wipe dry wipe one with one cloth, wipe off straight away with another.

Wet rub only thing that gets rid of reactions or maybe good coat of primer, but once had a spurious spoiler for
A passat that had to skim the hole thing with filler to stop reactions

you see, ive painted wings , skirts and a front bumper and have had no problem so i dont think its a compressor issue, i even painted the skirts after the overs on the same day and no issue! thanks for the input tho man

There's an anti-silicone you can add to the paint

ya if you've painted other parts with no problem then it's the panel. you might consider barcoating it.
