my probably never ending ae86 build thread

Have this up on ae86irl and said I might aswell throw it up here to

Before I start I just want to make it clear that my build threads are usually rubbish and my spelling will be really bad because im doing this on my phone ha

So I bought this cam about 4 months ago of a lad in mullingar, everybody was telling me that im not going to be a twin cam man because I had an s13 and laurel and what not but I bought it anyway.as soon as I drove it I fell in love with it.. after a couple of months driving it i started getting a bit bored, (I thought the car was perfect when I got it first) so I said fuk it ill just start throwin money at it. That didnt really work as the parts I was looking for are hard got and expensive so I just started gathering up whatever I could find and liked. Im goin to stop talking out my hole now and just put up a few pics,

The plans for it are:
Respray and whatever else I can think of to do to it









Thats it when I bought it..

So far whT iv done to the car is:

Jubiride spoiler,
Brand new omp wheel,
Put it through the nct, fixed all the problems with it and never bothered puttin it back through ha,
Hks cat back,
Walbro 255,
And bought a couple of sets of tyres

Im just goin to stick up the rest of the pics that I have now and over the next few weeks when shit gets serious ill update it a bit better.

Plan is to have the car ready for this trackday in mondello on the 16th of feb, so iv a shit load of work to do ha.

Small bit of an update, I fitted my new bride seat in the car and I have it all stripped down, my brother is in the process of making me 3" shotguns for it too






The whole interior is coming out now in the next day or two and its going to get flocked, k1984w of here is trying to get a little buisness of his up and runnin so if anyone else is looking it done might be one less rattle in it by the time im finished ha





Big enough update

Iv got most of the car primered now, I got a hand of a few of the lads last niteand we horsed through the work..

By the end of today I should be able to start polishing the whole shell and doors and all, that will just leave the kit wings and wheels to paint












That all the oics for now, the next ones will be of the car painted and the new exhaust fitted

Cheers lads.. it doesn even need to be painted, im just doin it to change it up a bit really, theres a lot of red ones in the country as it is so its nice to be different
