You won't find one in Ireland you'll have to import one or else stroke an sr16ve.

Save yourself the trouble and just get a bigger turbo!
It will take a lot of money and time.

Have you done any research to what you need?!

You will need:
Sr16ve head
Sr20de(t) non vvt rwd block
New ve pistons to suit turbo engine
Standalone ecu

Lots of other small bits needed too like this
