E36 318TDS Touring needs TLC but cheap!

Right I was keeping this for spares while I had my other touring but now its sold I don't need this anymore so I thought I would bang this up to see if anyone had any intrest in it before she goes to the big scrapyard in the sky.

Bad points:
Engine is shagged,
Interior is manky, probably would be easier to just change it,
No log book (but can be applied for),
Car has been stood for a fair few years so no Tax or Test,

I don't know what else would be wrong with it as I towed it into my yard confirmed the engine was fucked and parked it in the corner, I have never looked underneath it but I know the man who had it before me and he was driving it back from the UK when the engine went so it can't be too bad.

Good points:
The shell is mint! No rust I can see on the outside of the car, arches are mint! No real dents or anything and paint is good.

It is a 96 and is montreal blue (same as the other I had for sale)

Obviously would need trailering away.
