    Default mx5 run around.

with the 180 of the road a good while i decided to try get something that was cheap and affordable but still a bit of fun. spotted this one on donedeal and after viewing it and striking a deal, i brought it on home with me.

gonna stick a wider set of wheels and find myself a hard top for the winter, maybe gather up bits for a turbo conversion.

thanx man, its a crazy clean car for its age. the arc chamber could be for sale in a couple months so ill keep you in mind.

been having a good look around it over the weekend and have found a few nice extras on it, so far what ive found is:

    arc intake chamber
    apexi intake filter
    nb afm/maf
    field fuel controller
    jasma stamped manifold
    uprated plug leads
    lowering springs
    lots of braces
    oil cool and filter relocate
    hi lift cams

i also think the diff in it is far from standard, it seems alot like the cusco 2 way in my 180 so gonna open that up and investigate more.

also if any of the other mx5 heads on here can help me out, the zip out rear section of my soft top cracked on me yesterday, so if anyone has maybe a ripped or damaged soft top with a good rear window give me a shout thanx.

The standard Torsen lsd is pretty aggressive for a standard diff. But it will open up on full lock in 3rd
