man dont bother with the z32 box. the RB box is as strong and ALOT less work to fit so no waiting on adapter plates, the RB box will deffo take 600bhp

the z32 is stronger than the rb box once you get one with perfect syncro's,and the rb will not take the power,i know plenty of lads that are breaking the rb boxes as-well.

Thats a H pattern box with Dog engagment gears id say, your thinking of a sequential.
