well lads finished running it in and only set up the low boost and my god can she spool them.LOW boost is set to 1bar for now and ive more power this year than i had with 1.8 bar last year and im banging the limiter in 3rd everywhere dont not if thats a bad or good thing(may try 4th).Going to the trackday this friday and will finish the mapping up there.2bar here i come.

UPDATE 16/8/09
rite havent up dated this in a while,huge devolpments since,i went to mondello for PD and qualified 8th and went up against chris keogh and on the way out of the pits,i got a bit excited and pulled 1st,2nd,3rd and the bang.i blow 3rd gear clean out of car.i was completed gone you can select every gear perfect but in 3rd leave out the clutch and it just made grinding.ive pic of the gears ill upload one i get camera fixed.

so after dropping out the box and still no 300zx conversion plate,i put another sr box back in it and the next weeknd i decided to enter udc,what a track bischopcourt,got the and car was running savage except every 2 laps i need new tyres,i qualifed 6th and knocked out,meggan,Mc Cord,and then had no tyres and ended up going over the bank.but all day on the small left hander i kept trying to get 3rd but ended up going into 1st every time.we then had a fear all day of gearbox letting go but it managed to hold up and i finished 4th

so we were nervous about the box and thats no good going to events waiting for the box to let go and maybe cost us a good result.With still no 300zx adapter plate we were getting worried.Jim decided that a dog box would be a good job and since its H pattern 2 is now above 3rd so less chance of missing gear and reliabilty problems would be no more so im waithing on My GREDDY 6 speed dog box to arrive should have it this week,cant wait

man dont bother with the z32 box. the RB box is as strong and ALOT less work to fit so no waiting on adapter plates, the RB box will deffo take 600bhp

EDIT: just seen the next post. dog box. get in
